Whatever you're after, we've built something that'll get you there.

Fundamentals Program

Beginner 12 Weeks

Starting from scratch? Perfect. This program's built for people who've never touched a barbell or maybe just dabbled a bit. We'll spend real time on technique - and I mean REAL time. No rushing through the snatch and clean & jerk just to say you did 'em.

Competition Prep

Advanced 8-16 Weeks

You're ready to step on the platform and test yourself. This isn't for the faint of heart - we're gonna push numbers, work on your openers, and make sure you're peaking at the right time. I've prepped dozens of lifters for their first meet and beyond.

This is where most people should actually start. We're talking real-world strength - stuff that helps you move furniture, carry groceries, pick up your kids without throwing out your back. It's not flashy, but it works.

Life's busy, I get it. This program's for folks who need flexibility but still wanna get stronger. Two to three days a week, hitting the big rocks - squats, pulls, presses - with some mobility work thrown in.

Want to move faster and hit harder? This is it. We're doing plyometrics, Olympic lift variations, and sprint work. It's tough on your CNS so you gotta be ready to commit to proper recovery between sessions.
